In that case boot up your Pi, wait a few seconds, and they'll self-populate.

If your Pi is powered off you'll notice that the IP address and Subnet Mask fields are blank.

Go to System Preferences -> Network, select the matching option from the previous step, eg 'USB 10.', and it should look like the following.

If not, select the 'USB 10/100/1000 LAN option' If you see an 'Ethernet' option, use that.

On your Mac, go to System Preferences -> Sharing and then make your screen look like the following.
